Called by press “chanteuse extraordinaire”, Aelita began her professional stage life at 15 in the former USSR and since then has taken center stage around the world.  From the opening ceremony of the Football World Cup in Seoul, South Korea to the White House in Washington, DC, from Paris to Moscow, from Miami to Jerusalem – she has always instantly connected with diverse audiences through the universal language of music. 

The preservation of Yiddish music and culture has always been a lifelong quest for Aelita who credits her parents and upbringing with influencing the person she is today.
